Hi

On 2nd February 2007 I found in farmland under a stone, probably, a dipter pupae. It has about 5 cm. It didn?t hatch yet... is there any possibility to know which family this can belong? Thank you.

hmm...

really I strange about time hatching. more than week. 2 Fev -14 Fev - 12 days...
But I?m not sure how is average for hatching dipters in general. (I have an idea that the hatching from pupa stage to new fly is very short - some days..).
