Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Setae abbreviation question

Still a Diptera novice here, so I want to be sure I know what this is.

I'm using a key to Nearctic Helina, and one of the early couplets is:

"Pra as long as, and usually longer than, anterior notopleural bristle" vs "Pra shorter than anterior notopleural bristle"

What specifically is "Pra"? I'm assuming it refers to setae, but I haven't seen this abbreviation in other references.

Many thanks,
Brad
