Hi Nikita!
This image is Tachydromia arrogans (Linné, 1761).
The species is common and widespread, including Palestine and Syria but it has never been recorded from Turkey. My congratulations!
Good luck,
Igor

Hey Nikita - these are amazing photos of a very small and active fly. Please put them in the gallery, so I can give them 5 stars! :D
