Close, but not quite. The family is Pallopteridae, a small family closely related to Tephritidae. Some Pallopterids are not easy to tell apart, but the dark edge of the wing makes identification easy in this case: Palloptera saltuum

This species is very common in humid broadleaved forests. The body color of saltuum is particularly variable, from pale yellow to entirely black.
