I found some keys of Heleomyzids north of Mexico Paul, it has three species of Neolaria with terminalia drawings, not sure if this is of use ..

Also drawing of Neoleria crassipes fig. 7 on the top link pdf which says MALE DIPTERA but it doesn't give me a url to copy..

As fa as I can tell these are all Nearctic species and I am looking for the Plaearctic ones. Thanks for the suggestions anyway.
