From aprox 80 km NW of Stockholm, Sweden 2006-10-08. I know it's probably not going to be able to tell more than Sarcophagidae sp ...

Well more can be said. Subfamily Sarcophaginae, and most likely Sarcophaga sp in its broad sense. But I do not think this helps a lot, you are still left with dozens of species, which are very hard to separate even for the best here.
