I take the photo on 15 July 2011 Kokkola, Finland.
Could this be Campiglossa absinthii ?

Iīld rather say itīs Dioxyna bidentis, the apical scutellar bristles seem rather week.

okay, thanks for this view, now you can change it back to Campiglossa absinthii. The head profile fits C. absinthii and not D. bidentis. Apparently C. campiglossa has rather small apical scutellar bristles as well, and those of D. bidentis are even smaller.
