Tribe Anthracini. It looks like the Xenox genus.. (at least I'm sure about the tribe, not the genus, though)

I'd say Exoprosopini tribe (at least seems rto have rr vein present if I see well - it is hidden by a strong dark colour..)

And, please, take more photos. Paraguay is an incredible country for insects! I think many of us would like to see much more photos of dipterans from Paraguay. I will look forward for news. Thanks for sharing.
