Here are three of them together, the adult looks like Musca domestica to me...
Are the other two immature stages of the same?

Yes, they are all
Musca, though I think they may be
autumnalis. It's a great picture, showing how the wings expand, but are milky at first, with pale veins. Also how the body colour takes time to develop.
