I'm not an expert on Spanish tachinids and I have never seen E.rufiventris ... and the photo is hiding most of the interesting features. But I'd have guessed it was a Linnaemya sp.

The second looks very like a male Phasia aurigera - and I look forward to the day that we can see them in England ;)
