This is a Sphaerophoria sp or not? Can anybody confirm my opinion?

I'm fairly sure this is just a strange colour variety of Sphaerophoria scripta

I have got another picture shows either the same or very similar sp. According to me it is also an Sphaerophoria scripta. What do you think about it?

The first image shows a male, the second image shows a female. The male is rather typical for Hungary.

This colour variety does seem quite common in my small area of South East England. Would that be unusual for Britain.

I'm not sure. Certainly all the ones I see here in Norfolk are fairly typical - the orange of the abdomen in the picture above is normally dark brown (black)
