If the ventrolateral pairs of stigmatal lobes is abruptly constricted then it is Tetanocera. In Sepedon and Elgiva these ventrolateral lobes are also constricted, but the ventral lobes are differently shaped as in your specimen (longer in Sepedon and basally fused in Elgiva). I guess it is either T. hyalipennis of T. ferruginea.
