Yes, you correct. These three Nematocera's are the most probable representatives in these small temporary rainwater filled habitats. On your photo's I can't recognize any diagnostic feature to be sure. I think I see the wingsheaths and a part of the abdomen, but I can't recognize the head. Although your habitat seems very characteristic for Dasyhelea I can't be sure.
