I gave this same answer in the rearing forum regarding scenopinids:

I would suggest you put them individually (they will cannibalize) in a loose substrate (we usually use sand, but you might use whatever loose substrate was present where you collected the adult), and feed them with soft bodied insect larvae. We use Tribolium larvae. Be sure not to use something that can bite back.

As for drying out - you can use a small amount of water sprayed on the surface, or as a droplet, every few days (but don't make it "wet" ).
