If it were not for the form of head - the biology (inhabiting under net) is like in Keroplatidae. However the known Keroplatidae larvae have form of head broaded anteriorly and these larvae have head wider posteriorly. Most probably it is some Mycetophilidae (Sciophilinae) from the group living on the surface of fungi. B)
