Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Chalcidoid wasp ?

Taken today South coast UK on a rhododendron leaf. Body length 1.85mm (taken at between 4:1 and 5:1).
Is it another Chalcidoid wasp?

Pteromalidae? :D I always think this family is a terrible 'dumping ground' for anything that doesn't fit the other groups! ;)
