The larvae belongs to an Orthocladiinae (Chironomidae), but to me it is almost impossible to give you an ID about the genus. It looks as if there is no dorsal bundle of hairs on the last abdominal segments which is absent in several (terrestrial) genera like Mesosmittia, Metriocnemus, Gymnometriocnemus and Bryophaenocladius. I canīt clearly see the antenna or the (black) mental teeth at the ventral side of the head. These features are very diagnostic in this subfamily.
