Very nice picture indeed !
According to Rozkosny & Gregor (2004) there supposed to be 17 species of Limnophora in Central-Europe ("Mitteleuropa"), of which only 4 are described in the larval/pupal stage. They mention the anal plate as one of the diagnostic features. But I assume this reticulate pattern (absent in larvae) must be diagnostic too
