To me it looks very much like the larva of a Thaumaleidae. This purplish/white pattern at the dorsal side and the entirely white ventral side resembles by specimen of Thaumalea from The Netherlands. I know of no other insect larva from aquatic habitats with this pattern, not even in Chironomidae of which many representatives of the Orthocladiinae are (totally !) purple.
