I am still coming back to this fly. I paid attention to postsutural ac. There are two bristles, but far away. As if there were the first and third pair. It seems unlikely that both of the second seta could be completely torn out.
Is there any species with ac distributed like this?

I agree this is probably a species with 3 postsutural acrostichals. Note also the dark first tergite.

I feel as if the bend in M1 is a bit too smooth for Lucilia...

Are we sure it is not a Muscid ?
