The only fly I know of with the name buccata is Heterocheila buccata which is in Heterocheilidae, which used to be in Dryomyzidae on my Checklist, but used to be Heteromyza (genus) according to F.E.,confusing stuff.
Don't know if that helps....know nothing about flies...sorry, only know it 'cause I've photographed it....it lives on beaches.

Edit; Maybe Stephane Lebrun will know, he's always trailing around on beaches :D.
