To my untrained eye I would say that the top 2 are Arctiidae (or close families) and the bottom 2 are Geometridae ... but it's a very difficult part of the world to make such rash guesses! ;)

You could try to contact some lepidopterists in the neotropics - they might recognise the shapes :) There are some good lepidopterists in French Guiana (Guyane) who might be able to help. If you google a bit you can come up with some sites like http://www.papill...Guyane.htm :)
