I'm again helpless - this one I think saw in the gallery but I can't refind it . . .
There is always windy this highmoor, dificult to get good pics . . . but there are so much interesting insects . .
Location: switzerland, highmoor, near lake zurich
Date: 14.08.09
Size: about 6 mm ?

Gymnosoma are incredibly difficult to identify from photos but this one has no vibrissae, which I think should suggest
