Hi Jari,
I expect this to be a female of
Geomyza hackmani. To be sure you should study sternite 8. I think I sent you my paper "Notes on the Fallen collection of Opomyzidae (Diptera) in the Naturhistoriska Riksmuseet, Stockholm" (1999). In this paper you find drawings of sternite 8 of the species of the so-called
combinata-group. Although it looks like a female of
G. hackmani,
G. balachowskyi can't be ruled out with certainty without studying sternite 8.
