Rhamphomyia (Megacyttarus) female. The wing venation is as it is in nodipes, but that species has two dark markings on the wing posteriorly. Now, this specimen might be a teneral and the markings may not have developed completely yet. On the other hand, there is one Scandinavian species I do not have in my keys: gufitar (recorded from Finland). I cannot check that one atm.
