Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Muscidae -> Phaonia sp.

Hello,

this ~9mm fly is from some days ago in my garden near Cologne. First I thought I have a Graphomyia here, but now I see that this is probably not correct. Perhaps a Phaonia species? What is it?

Does noone have an idea? Is at least the family Muscidae correct?

Muscidae is correct, and Phaonia too.
