The Netherlands, Havelte. 16 may 2009.
On tree in meadow with work-horses, in dry area.
Veins very similar to Rhagionidae, but I doubt this is right.!

I'd say Opetia nigra

The wing venation doesnt fit
Opetia. I would say
Ptiolina (Rhagionidae s.l.).

In that case it should be
Ptiolina nigrina Wahlberg, 1854 ?

IF that is the case, and it might very well be, excellent find !
Ptiolina is supposed to be very rare in NL.
Possibly overlooked.

Yes, definitely Ptiolina however the species of this genus are very poorly defined... In any case, great find.
