The Netherlands, Kiersche Wiede. 17 may 2009.
In low vegetation.
3,8 mm long.

Is the family correct?
Is it possible to tell which species?

No, may be Opomyzidae, but I am not sure.

Could be Protopiophila, perhaps female latipes.
