Hi, is this awesome pair the male and female of the same species? Which is which? In forest, by brook, E Hungary.

Thanks for the closeup, but with such orange pleural hairs, it is always hemiptera

Both are males - just one is darker-marked than the other.
Phasia hemiptera is very variable in colour ... females have no wing colour and a much more 'normal' wing shape with less orange on the abdomen :)
