This is a Scathophagidae,
Cordilura hyalinipennis/
ustulata I think.

What is the difference between
ustulata and
hyalinipennis ?

So not possible to see with those photos.
In FE,
hyalinipennis only present in Britain and Sweden, so probably
ustulata I suppose ?
