Dear friends,
these shots are not mine, taken by Vladimir Dmitriev 2009:05:06 in Dalnegorsk (Far East of Russia). As I know,
Haruka elegans (Okada, 1938) occurs in Japan only. So, could it be
Pergratospes holoptica (Krivosheina and Mamaev, 1970)?

BTW, cannot find any of these families in the "Diptera classification" section, so I'm not sure about modern/preferred classification: Pachyneuridae or Cramptonomyiidae?
