Could be the species of this Dilophus recognizable?

Location: Zaragoza, NE Spain, 200 meters
Habitat: Urban garden, especially in the flowers of Tamarix parviflora
Size: About 4-5 mm.
Date: Some weeks ago was very common. Today have disappeared. Probably a lot of them was attracted to the Tamarix flowers and when the tree stopped flowering, the flies don't come more.
