It is Carcelia iliaca, the parasitoid of Thaumetopoea processionea. Look at the thickened arista. The host is abundant at this locality. Nice you have found it 'in the wild'.

Thank you Theo. I got an allergy last year with this caterpillar. All my face was red with eczema. The pictures can be used for the gallery if needed.
