Photographed in the Netherlands today. On the forum of Waarneming.nl I 've got the suggestion of Phorocera obscura.

I photogaphed these flies April 20. I think they are the same species.
But I'm not sure.

Yes, these are Phorocera obscura

Unless you are looking for them in England, in which case they are pretty uncommon ;)
