Not too sure ... I'd like to see more of it - or see it closer because I can't see if the waist actually narrows behind the hind leg. Something is telling me 'Braconidae'... because of the long, thin antennae. :|

I have just this one photo... :( fAMIly for this insect it will be enough...

Hello,

I've been told (by Kees van Achterberg) that if it is a braconid (and it looks like it is!) then it is probably Bracon urinator.
