Also good old Bei-Bienko has quite a good Rhamphomyia key, most cases can be solved with it and Bartak's 1982 Czech paper, even though females are not always too easy.

The genus has more species in the north, so us "southern" collectors are in a relatively easier position.

In (southern) Finland I've caught only one Rhamphomyia species not included in these keys, it belongs to the albipennis-group, but remains undescribed so far.
