I have looked through the gallery, and this one could be either a Dxia or a Dexiosoma escept they have all white faces and this one has a brownish yellow (hairy?) face.
What can it be?

Size ~12mm
On a young tree in a damp area, 11 July 2008 (Helsingborg, Sweden)
Thanks!

I'd be guessing Dexiosoma again

I'm inclined to agree that this is the female of Dexiosoma caninum. The female of Dexia vacua looks remarkably similar though, however, with broader black transversal bands on tergites.
