Hi
The green fly below was abt 4mm long. Unlike other flies, it is very reactive to flash and immediately glies away. Pictred in Dar es Salaam on a spider lily leaf.

Dolichopodidae. In this region we have (had? dunno if the name still is valid) Nodicornis with such long antennal styles.

Could be Rhaphium.

Nodicornis is now synonym of Sybistroma, but it has never such dense whiskers. Rhaphium usually has much shorter stylus. Conoid postpedicel with strictly apical stylus, long slender legs, ventral cilia on fore femur vote for Sciapodinae (female of Chrysosoma is quite probable).
