I went to Buçaco mountain in 2008.08.09 (9 Sep 2008) and I saw this extremely interesting fly. It has only 2 mm. I only have this photo. And I
didn't catch the specimen. At first time, I was thinking about Diastatidae... One curious thing is that this fly move their forelegs as it was an ephydrid like Ochthera! I wrote to my friend Stéphane who told this is really an unusual fly and told me that this could be around Coenosia.
