Turkey, Antalia, 23 may, 5-6mm. Female collected.

Hi Nikita,

It's an Ulididae, probably Myennis sp.
In Holland we have Myennis octopunctata, but this one
looks a little bit different.

I looked at my own pictures of M. octopunctata and the amount of black is changeable, so your fly might as well be M. octopunctata.

Realy, Sc curved not as in case of Tephritidae. I've thought about Ulidiidae, but ovipositor of collected female turn my mind out of this possibility.
