It needs to be a bit closer - with a good dorsal and lateral angle to give the best chances. From this photo I first thought '
Blepharipa' but there looks to be a protruding mouth edge, which might suggest
Ernestia maybe ... but, like Theo says, it is very hard to say for sure, despite it being quite a nice photo :)
