Hi Shar.
It is not Tachinidae, Muscidae or Anthomyiidae.

So, it is Siphona? The fly looks like a fly of an other picture I saw;)
And he or she is blowing a bubble

Currently, Siphona is genus in Tachinidae family, as far as I know.

Hi Shar, Nikita is correct - Siphona are family Tachinidae and this fly is definitely not Tachinidae ... and Siphona have a long, hinged proboscis, which this fly doesn't have. But I don't know what it is - that will have to come from another person :)
