What's the ID of this little fly, 4 to 5 mm, photo taken in NE of France

It is Dolichopodidae, probably Dolichopus itself. Sure, Kahis will give you more detailed ID.

Dolichopus ungulatus. Very common pretty much everywhere. Typical characters include: entirely black postocular setulae, 3-4 anterior preapical setae on hind tibia, all-black antenna, simple legs. In the field this species can be separated by large size, orange-yellow legs and a more robust build than most Dolichopus have.
