At first i thought this one was going to be easy, but now i am not sure even about the family.
It is rather a large one (1 cm), and dropped a flat egg which reminds me to that of Scathophagidae.
It is found in the Netherlands, Steenwijk on 26-9-2008, on dead fungus.
