I often have this message :
Unable to establish connection to MySQL
1045 : Access denied for user 'dipterai'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

That is not a site error as such but a message that the server cannot be reached (an issue with the host). Will try another server probably tomorrow and hope that will solve this.
