Well, it is sure Mintho is incorrect (has reddish sidemarkings, black-and-white thorax....).
First impression is that it is Sarcophagidae.

We have had Sarcs with stronger setae.

The third antennal segment, however, is a bit long for a Sarcophagidae.
The pic is not good enough to say much more. I can't see if the eyes are hairy. If so, and if a spring species, it might be Phorocera.
But a lateral headshot would help !
