An interesting species. I have no literature whatsoever on this family. Similar to Coremacera, but I think this must belong to a related genus that is not known to me.

Gabor, usualy you refuse to send images in Gallery, but I'd try again with this two ;) It is Pherbellia limbata (Meig). I have to add that I've never seen before this S-W European species :o

I do not refuse to send images, just find it somewhat cumbersome to upload images here one by one. The time I need for uploading 1 image here, I can use for uploading 50 to my own site. I have some 1300 diptera images for which I have not yet found time to upload to my own site (and a lot more to come), so time is quite scarce as you might imagine. Actually I contributed quite a few images here over the years. Paul should make it somehow possible to upload multiple images to the gallery, that would save a lot of time.
