This is one of the relatively common Lauxaniids. Maybe a Minettia within the rivosa group, but better get a second opinion from Paul or Katka or others.

Would be a Minettia within the fasciata group nowadays.

Hi, it is sure Minettia fasciata group, certain determination is possible only from genitalia.
