Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Scathophagidae? Forest with Caltha palustris

Size up to 10mm I think. Frequently seen, sometimes with prey, like Chironomidae visible in the background.

According Andrey Ozerov - it is most probably Scathophaga suilla.
