It seems to me that there is a seta on the top of 3-d flagellomer of antenae. Right?
Exoristinae, right?

Not sure about the extra seta ... but could it be a Siphona? :)

Chris is right, it's a Siphona. You can see the long and folded proboscis.
Nikita, you are misled by the vibrissae:
the bristles that seem to originate from the third antennal tip, actually start near the mouth margin.
It is just (twice !) the angle of the picture that deceives you.

Oh, and no way to tell the species.
Because. ... It's a Siphona ! (Notoriously difficult to ID)
